Tracing spindles FN2-1.1-P

The tracing spindles FN2 are equipped with a collet receptacle for shaft milling cutters. The spindle turning direction is opposite to the drive turning direction. The drive speed is transferred to the tool receptacle in a ratio of 1:3. The maximum spindle speed is 10,000 1/min in interval operation. The tracing stroke is 1,0 mm in X(Y)- and in Z-direction.

The 2D-Horizontal-tracing spindle is used for light rounding, chamfering and equalizing of the upper and the lower panel edges (for example at soft- or postforming). The spindle traces by copying the surface of the panel and so it ensures that the processing is made equal to these traced surfaces.

Hint:

Please consider that due to the special high speed nuts (Hi-Q/ER20) used here the standard collets type ER20 DIN6499-B can only be clamp with the half clamping area downwards.

It is recommended to use the ultra precision collets type ER20-UP DIN6499.
