Servo-driven drilling unit B045 + VSSCH-5-080

The B045 + VSSCH-5-080 series represents a compact and versatile solution in the field of drilling units with servo-driven feed. The unit consists of a high-performance drilling spindle combined with a precise feed slide and is suitable for machining wood, plastics, and light metals.

The feed is driven by a servo motor, which actuates a ball screw, enabling precise positioning and repeatable machining processes. The feed distance is 80 mm.

The drilling spindle is powered by a three-phase motor with an output of 1.1 kW at 50 Hz (optional 2.2 kW). The speed can be continuously adjusted from 2,800 to 5,600 rpm via a frequency inverter provided by the customer. This allows flexible adaptation to different materials and machining requirements.

The tool interface is designed as Ø10H7 x 20 with a lateral M6 locking screw (alternatively: drill chuck or collet chuck). The spindle rotates clockwise as standard. The feed slide is guided by two precision steel shafts with a diameter of 36 mm, ensuring high stability and rigidity of the entire unit.

Thanks to its modular design, the unit is suitable both for standalone applications and for integration into more complex machining systems. With a total weight of 39.5 kg, the unit offers a well-balanced combination of performance and compact design.
