Angular heads G19-1.1-B

The G19 series angle heads are compact CNC aggregates for end-face drilling of workpieces. A particular feature is the extremely low height of just 7.5 mm from the underside of the aggregate to the centre of the tool holder. This allows, for example, workpieces manufactured using the nesting process to be drilled from the side immediately after milling.

The compact design in the area of the tool holder also contributes to a small interference contour. The housing width in this area is only 24 mm. This makes the aggregate particularly suitable for applications where installation space is limited and a minimum interference contour is required.

The aggregate features an HSK-F63 drive interface and is designed for continuous operation. The drive speed is transferred to the tool holder via a 1:1.99 gear drive. At a drive speed of 502 to 4,020 rpm, the tool holder reaches a speed of 1,000 to 8,000 rpm. The spindle power is 250 W at 8,000 rpm.

The tool holder is supplied as standard with an Ø8H7 shank holder with lateral clamping holes. The tool holder rotates clockwise, while the drive spindle operates counterclockwise.

With a weight of only 2.5 kg, its extremely compact design and the minimal distance from the underside to the tool centre, the G19 is particularly suitable for use on CNC machining centres where a low overall height and small interference contour are critical. It provides a space-saving solution for end-face and side drilling of workpieces, particularly following machining in the nesting process.
